We have a no questions asked, 100% money back, 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 206-856-6460. If your requested return is within the 90 day window at the time you contact us, we’ll send you a paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All of the major components must be mailed back for your return to be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue as soon as possible.
