How to Start a Return
- Contact us within 90 days of receiving your order: call or text us at 206-856-6460, or email info@thedoorgym.com.
- We'll email you return instructions. For orders within the US, we include a prepaid return shipping label. For international orders, see below.
- Please send back everything that came in your package. If a small item like a carabiner goes missing, don't worry. We'll still give you a full refund as long as the door anchor and any handles, bands and straps are included.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Packages returned without contacting us first won't be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll let you know by email and refund your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few business days to post it.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

International Orders
Prepaid return labels are only available for orders shipped within the United States. International customers pay for return shipping. Once your return arrives, we'll refund the price of your items plus the original shipping cost you paid to receive your order.

Defects are covered by our One-Year Warranty.
